Returns are accepted for Phones & Accessories purchased online, within 28 days.

If we made a mistake, or there’s a problem with your order, send it back & we’ll issue an immediate refund [including return postage], once inspected & approved.

If you changed your mind, or any other situation where we fulfilled your order accurately, send it back [in ‘as new’ condition] & we’ll issue an immediate refund [excluding return postage], once inspected & approved.
